Airwatergreen is a Swedish company specialized in energy efficient water technologies.

Our solutions acknowledges a world where not only water but also energy is becoming increasingly scarce. Our vision is to make clean water more available to common people that are suffering from a limited water supply. In order to make water more available the world needs more cost-efficient and less capital-intensive water solutions.

And that's exactly what we do.

Solutions

At the core of our business is CMCR, a unique condensing technology that turns the world's most present but least accessible water resource - air - into a tappable water resource at a cost that ordinary people in water-stressed countries can afford.

In sharp contrast to all other relevant competing solutions out there today, CMCR needs no electricity to run, only heat. This is a very important edge. The world needs stand-alone, sustainable  water solutions, but solar-derived electricity is still not cheap enough. Heat however is, and solar heat panels that generate heat have an efficiency several times that of photovoltaic solar cells that generate electricity. And the equipment is cheaper too. By being heat-based CMCR can utilize sunlight many times more cost-efficiently than electric products. CMCR makes water production from air and sunlight available at a water cost previously unseen.

Airwatergreen is also developing DesalWave, a technology that addresses two of Desalination's biggest issues - its energy need and its capital intensity. DesalWave nearly erases the need for electricity involved in desalination, thereby effectively reducing overall energy expenditure for desalination to near zero. And by doing this, it also reduces capital expenditure since there is no need to build an adjacent power plant in order to fire the desalination plant.

Therefore we need to become more efficient with what is already available to us. Water must come first, because we can't live without water.
